Fifth Element Italian provides restaurant dining and private event services.
We ask all guests to behave respectfully towards our team and other customers. We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary.
2. Bookings
All reservations are managed through OpenTable.
By making a booking, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Arrive on time for your reservation
- Inform us of any changes or cancellations
We reserve the right to amend or cancel bookings where required.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask all guests to respect our booking policy:
- Reservations must be cancelled or amended at least 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time, or no-shows, will incur a £10 per person fee
This policy helps us manage availability and provide the best possible experience for all our guests.
4. Private Events & Group Bookings
For private hire or large group bookings:
- A minimum spend may apply depending on the day and time
- A deposit or booking fee may be required
- Final guest numbers must be confirmed in advance
Specific terms will be agreed prior to confirmation of the booking.
5. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
- Payments are typically made in person at the venue unless otherwise agreed
- We reserve the right to update prices and menus at any time
6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
We take allergies seriously; however:
- We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
- Guests must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance
7. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the website
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is owned by Fifth Element Italian and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
